Recently I was able to score a few tickets to Pole Night and the Saturday evening race. We were blessed by David Maisel to spend the evening in the Bojangles Suite and be a part of the Victory Circle Celebration! My man Ryan Newman qualified first and I was able to hang with him afterwards!!! More pictures will follow later, I was lovin’ it! Andrew Currie, Pat Dye and David Kernall were able to attend as well and had a great time eating, talking to many different drivers and getting to know the new CEO of Bojangles, Mr Randy Kiebler, he even asked us (Life Church) at the race on Saturday to remember him in prayer as he transitions into the new company! Saturday Melanie and I went to visit Hope of Israel, a congregation in south Charlotte that is led by Sam Adler, a Jewish man who has received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. The church maintains a Jewish cultural orientation and embraces Jews and non-Jews in their celebration of faith. Greensboro to attend a Rhema alumni luncheon and stayed for the day to visit one of the local churches that Pastor Ken Hagin was speaking at. We had a great time and saw many old friends, and made some new ones as well. Melanie and I attended the Hagin’s Bible School back in the 80’s. We have stayed connected with them all this time and this is where most of our intern’s have studied also.

They are an incredible worhip band that has a heart for the Father and a desire to lead people closer to Him. We will be watching these guys as God continues to use them!!!

Recently we were able to attend 2 meetings with Jim Hockaday. Melanie and I graduated with Jim and have watched as the Lord has used him mightily in ministry over the years. Jim is very bold and passionate about God’s word concerning healing. 19 people from Life Church attended the meetings as well and were blessed by all that God did!
