While studying the book of Ruth recently I couldn’t get my mind off of one thought, Ruth’s trust in her mother-in-law(m-i-l) and her(m-i-l)’s God. Ruth must have seen something in the mother-in-law and her(m-i-l)’s God that caused her(Ruth) to trust so completely in them. Today, lets BELIEVE God for more in our personal walk with Him and more of an influence in others lives as we live life one day at a time. Ask yourself this question today, What are others seeing in me? Remember, “TODAY MATTERS”.

We had lunch with them yesterday and they are some awesome people, we look forward to building a lasting relationship with them! Pray that God continues to use them mightily in their part of the city. They also are planning to build their first building and it is going to be incredible. They were such a blessing to Melanie & I as they are farther along in planting a new life-giving church, yet so willing to share the victories and challenges along the way. We look forward to our next meeting with them!!!

…or is it me & Mercy Me? Whatever the case here’s a shot of 12,000 of our newest friends! Saturday night, June 30th was an awesome night of worship and fireworks. Salvador, Todd Agnew and Mercy Me ushered us into His Presence in a real way. The rain even held off till just after the last note was sung, God is mighty!

What an incredible day we had! We baptized 11 people this day, then enjoyed a great time of fellowship and plenty of good food. A huge “shout out” goes to Pat & Cricket Dye for opening up their pool and home to 60 plus family and friends of those participating on this special day!
